If you want to connect a BasicLock (initially an analogue Lock system) in the BCU-DL configuration you need to use a BCU-Node as bridge between the BCU-DL and the BCU. The BCU node allows configuration of the behaviour of the connected peripheral regarding opening or closing times and other settings aswel. -
The Block Control Unit_Remote Control (BCU_R) has the same specifications s as the regular BCU. The difference being the usabilty of a remote control to open the locks. One lock can be linked to a button. So it will be possible to open a specific lock instead of opening the entire system. The serial code of the lock is paired to the button on the remote control. -
With a digital lock controller the communication between the Lock Control Unit and the locks is secured and cannot be interrupted by non-authorized peripherals or intrusion attempts on the installation.
