The LimoLock is the most robust, high quality and complete safety lock within the M-Protect range. Specially designed to protect loads in loading compartments of light commercial vehicles, heavy duty trucks, trailers and containers. The Limo Lock meets today’s market highest security demands. For the highest level of security the LimoLock is controlled by the Block Control Unit (BCU) which operates in a digital mode, instead of the analogue mode of the Intelligent Lock system.
Digital mode means that all communications to and from the pin locks, the door contacts and any built-in security peripherals are done using a digitally encrypted signal. Thus, it will not be possible by simply using a power pulse or another BCU than the initially connected BCU to open the load compartment. One BCU can operate up to 8 LimoLock’s installed on a vehicle separately and if the BCU-DL is used
Intelligent Car Protect
If the highest security level is required the vehicle will also be equipped with the Intelligent Carjack Protect (ICP) anticarjack solution. The Intelligent Car Protector is an after-theft-system which protects the vehicle against car jacking and home jacking. After-theft-system means that in this case the device activates only after the actual theft took place and after the thief – with the vehicle – left the scene of the crime! The anti-carjack solution detects whether an authorized driver is behind the wheel of the vehicle by requesting an authentication code to start the vehicle. Once the right driver code or authentication was detected the vehicle will be able to start. If during the trip the systems detects one of the vehicles doors were opened it will request a re-

ELEMENTS OF THE SOLUTION
The Intelligent Carjack Protector verifies only the identified driver is driving the vehicle. Identification can be verified by using the drivers code , by badge or by Personal Code Transmitter (PCT) card, or a combination of these.
By using the keyboard the driver can identify himself with his personal driver code.
As the drivers wears the Personal Code Transmitter (PCT) cards in his pockets, the ICP detects if the PCT cards are still available in the vehicle. If not the anti-carjack protocol is initiated.
LIMOLOCK ACCESSOIRES OR EXTENTIONS
Emergency push button from inside cargo space
If your vehicle is equipped with a Lock System and the door is closed the locks will close, even if someone is inside the
cargo-space. If in that case you left the keys outside the van you can’t exit the van. For these use cases we advise the
installation of a (hidden) illuminated emergency opening button inside the cargo space.
Pen protector
When the BasicLock is used to close one of two folding doors it’s advised to mount 2 pen protectors on the other
folding door, to avoid opening or forcing it and thus missing the extra security thanks to the BasicLock. These Pen Protector can also be placed on the sides of the doors (where the hinges are) to prevent the door from being opened by cutting the hinges.

If your trucks are equipped with a hydraulic tailgate with the tailgate hook solution you can secure the door.
Outdoor keypad
If your security requires an external keypad mounted on the trailer of your trucks (outdoor) to secure the access to your cargospace
