Cargo Protection for Box Trucks​

Box trucks are used across a wide range of applications, from distribution transport to moving services. Different types of cargo compartment closures are used, including swing doors, tail lifts, and roller shutters. M-Protect offers a dedicated security solution for each of these access points.

Configuration

LimoLock

Heavy-duty cargo lock for maximum protection, with a 25 mm bolt or a tailgate hook (for hydraulic tailgates), both offering a 3-tonne holding force. Available in digital and analogue versions.

BCU with keypad

The Block Control Unit (BCU) opens the load compartment via the keypad and locks automatically once closed. It can also control up to eight components for various extensions.

Controlled Access via In-Cabin Keypad and Remote Control

To unlock the cargo area, the driver can enter a personal access code via the keypad located inside the vehicle cabin. This applies to all M-Protect cargo protection solutions mentioned below.

In addition, the remote control enables the driver to unlock individual locks separately, providing access only to the required door. This ensures secure, controlled, and efficient access to the cargo area while helping to prevent unauthorized access to valuable goods, tools, and materials.

Swing Door Cargo Protection

For box trucks with rear swing doors, M-Protect offers a reliable cargo protection solution using the LimoLock system. The cargo area is securely locked, helping to prevent unauthorized access to valuable goods, tools, and materials during transport and deliveries.

Tail Lift Cargo Protection

For box trucks with a tail lift, M-Protect offers a dedicated cargo protection solution using the using the LimoLock Hook system. This robust locking system secures the cargo area and helps prevent unauthorized access to valuable goods, tools, and materials during transport and deliveries.

Roller Shutter Cargo Protection

For roller shutter doors, M-Protect offers a dedicated cargo protection solution with an automatic locking system. A longer locking pin is used to securely lock the roller shutter and protect the cargo area against unauthorized access.
