Curtain Trailer Security

Curtain trailers are widely used in distribution and high-value transport. To secure all access points, M-Protect uses two LimoLocks for the rear swing doors and two additional LimoLocks for the side curtains.

The system is combined with an external keypad for secure and controlled trailer access.

Configuration

LimoLock

Heavy-duty mechanical security device with a 25 mm bolt and 3-tonne holding force, available in digital and analogue versions.

Outdour keyboard

Water- and dust-resistant external keypad for opening the load compartment; for use exclusively in conjunction with the BCU DL.

External Keypad Access Control

The trailer locks can be unlocked using a personal access code entered via the external keypad. To improve security, the keypad is mounted in a discreet and hidden location on the trailer, making it less visible and harder to access for unauthorized persons.

Swing Door Cargo Protection

This trailer is equipped with two LimoLocks at the rear swing doors, creating a secure locking point on both doors for maximum cargo protection.

The locks automatically secure the doors and help prevent unauthorized access to valuable cargo during transport and stops.

Curtain Side Cargo Protection

M-Protect offers a dedicated security solution for curtain side trailers using the LimoLock system. The side curtain is securely locked to help prevent unauthorized access to valuable cargo during transport and stops.

The robust locking mechanism is integrated into the trailer structure and provides strong, reliable protection without affecting daily loading operations.
