M-Protect joins TAPA as a Security Service Provider
M-Protect is proud to announce that it has joined the Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA) as a Security Service Provider.
TAPA is a globally recognised network of security experts dedicated to improving safety and resilience across the supply chain. By becoming part of this network, M-Protect aims to actively contribute to enhancing transport security and supporting companies in protecting high-value goods.
Strengthening supply chain security
As a TAPA member, M-Protect joins a community focused on setting standards, sharing best practices and reducing risks related to cargo theft and transport security. This step reinforces M-Protect’s commitment to delivering reliable and innovative security solutions for the logistics and transport industry.
Integrated security for vehicles and cargo
M-Protect offers two complementary product lines that can be combined into a fully integrated security solution. On one hand, M-Protect secures vehicles and machinery against unauthorised use through features such as anti-start protection, anti-carjacking functionality, and rental or temporary access control. Vehicles can be protected using a 4-digit access code, time-based usage restrictions, or driver verification systems that ensure the authorised driver remains behind the wheel.
On the other hand, M-Protect also focuses on securing the cargo. Solutions range from automatic door locks with mechanical pin locking to fully connected digital locks that allow remote access control. These systems ensure that the loading compartment remains protected at all times, while giving full control over who can access the cargo space.
Connected and controllable security
By integrating vehicle and cargo security with onboard telematics systems, M-Protect enables remote monitoring and control of the entire security perimeter.
This allows fleet managers to define who, when and where access to the vehicle and its cargo is permitted, creating a structured and traceable security process.
